Ingredients
- Makhana 100g
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 0.5gm
- Chaat masala 1g
- Black Pepper 0.4gm
- Ghee 10g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix makhana with ghee, salt, and spices.
- Add makhana to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at roast mode at 180°C for 7 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Roast until crisp and crunchy. Serve
