Ingredients

  • Makhana 100g
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 0.5gm
  • Chaat masala 1g
  • Black Pepper 0.4gm
  • Ghee 10g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix makhana with ghee, salt, and spices.
  2. Add makhana to the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at roast mode at 180°C for 7 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Roast until crisp and crunchy. Serve
