Ingredients

  • Boiled baby potatoes 200 g
  • Salt 4 g
  • Hung curd 15 g
  • Turmeric powder 0.5 g
  • Tandoori masala 5 g
  • Roasted gram flour (besan) 5 g
  • Ginger-garlic paste 4 g
  • Oil (for spraying) as required

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix hung curd, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, roasted besan, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  2. Add boiled baby potatoes and coat well with the marinade. Let it rest for 10 minutes for better flavor.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and lightly spray oil. Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Cook until slightly charred and crisp outside. Serve hot.
