Ingredients
- Boiled baby potatoes 200 g
- Salt 4 g
- Hung curd 15 g
- Turmeric powder 0.5 g
- Tandoori masala 5 g
- Roasted gram flour (besan) 5 g
- Ginger-garlic paste 4 g
- Oil (for spraying) as required
Directions
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, roasted besan, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
- Add boiled baby potatoes and coat well with the marinade. Let it rest for 10 minutes for better flavor.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and lightly spray oil. Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Cook until slightly charred and crisp outside. Serve hot.
