Ingredients

  • Chicken wings 500 g
  • Ginger-garlic paste 15 g
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 2.5 g
  • Red chilli powder 1.2 g
  • Cumin powder 2.5 g
  • Salt 5–6 g
  • Lemon juice 15 g
  • Curd / yogurt 50 g
  • Soya sauce 5 g
  • Brown sugar 3 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, curd, Kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, soya sauce, and brown sugar.
  2. Add chicken wings and coat well with the marinade.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
  4. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Select Roast mode at 180°C for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. Cook until tender and slightly charred. Serve hot.
