Ingredients
- Chicken wings 500 g
- Ginger-garlic paste 15 g
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 2.5 g
- Red chilli powder 1.2 g
- Cumin powder 2.5 g
- Salt 5–6 g
- Lemon juice 15 g
- Curd / yogurt 50 g
- Soya sauce 5 g
- Brown sugar 3 g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, curd, Kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, soya sauce, and brown sugar.
- Add chicken wings and coat well with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
- Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Select Roast mode at 180°C for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
- Cook until tender and slightly charred. Serve hot.
