Ingredients
- Chicken drumstick-400-450g (5-6 pc)
- Hung curd-100g
- Tandoori masala-10g
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice- 1 pc
- Oil-10 ml
- Frozen fries-80g
- Peri peri masala- 10g (adjust as per your preference)
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Marinate chicken with hing curd, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Rest for 15-20 min. Arrange on airfryer basket.
- Add frozen fries to air fryer basket.
- Press the button 1, select “roast” function at 180°C for 25min. Then press button 2, select “air fry” function at 180°C for 15min Press on button “sync” & press start.
- Flip in between for even cooking. For fries- Toss with peri peri masala & serve hot.
