Ingredients

  • Chicken drumstick-400-450g (5-6 pc)
  • Hung curd-100g
  • Tandoori masala-10g
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice- 1 pc
  • Oil-10 ml
  • Frozen fries-80g
  • Peri peri masala- 10g (adjust as per your preference)
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with hing curd, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Rest for 15-20 min. Arrange on airfryer basket.
  2. Add frozen fries to air fryer basket.
  3. Press the button 1, select “roast” function at 180°C for 25min. Then press button 2, select “air fry” function at 180°C for 15min Press on button “sync” & press start.
  4. Flip in between for even cooking. For fries- Toss with peri peri masala & serve hot.
