Ingredients
- 40-50ml dried ancho chili peppers or Kashmiri red chilli
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
Directions
- Place the dried ancho chili peppers/Kashmiri red chilli into a small saucepan and pour just enough water to cover the chillies. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Strain chillies and then cool.
- Remove the top and seeds from the chillies.
- Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds.
