Ingredients
- Button mushrooms (200–220 g), stems removed, cleaned, and washed.
- Hung curd- 80g
- Ginger-garlic paste 10 g
- Gram flour (besan) 30-35g
- Oil 15ml
- Salt / black salt as per taste
- Tandoori masala 10g
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 – 8 g
- Lemon juice 3 – 5 g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, besan, oil, spices, and lemon juice.
- Add mushrooms and coat well. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning in between
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
