Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms (200–220 g), stems removed, cleaned, and washed.
  • Hung curd- 80g
  • Ginger-garlic paste 10 g
  • Gram flour (besan) 30-35g
  • Oil 15ml
  • Salt / black salt as per taste
  • Tandoori masala 10g
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 – 8 g
  • Lemon juice 3 – 5 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, besan, oil, spices, and lemon juice.
  2. Add mushrooms and coat well. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning in between
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
