Tandoori Naan
Soft and fluffy naan with a light char, made easily in an air fryer.

Ingredients
- Water 75 g
- Milk 30 g
- Curd 60 g
- Oil 7–8 g
- Powdered sugar 8 g
- Refined flour (maida) 120 g
- Wheat flour 60 g
- Baking powder 2 g
- Baking soda 0.5 g
- Salt 2 g
- Oil (for greasing) as required
- Refined flour (for dusting) 50 g
- Sesame seeds 20g
- Finely chopped coriander 5g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix water, milk, curd, oil, and sugar.
- Add maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and rest the dough for 1–2 hours.
- Divide into portions and roll into naan shapes using dusting flour. Top it with the sesame seeds and coriander leaf.
- Lightly grease with water and place naan in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 200°C for 7 minutes until puffed and lightly charred.
- Brush with butter (optional) and serve hot.
