Ingredients

  • Garlic naan breads 2 pieces (160–200 g total, depending on size)
  • Paneer (cubed) 150 g
  • Plain Greek yogurt 60 g
  • Tandoori masala 8 g
  • Salt 2 g (or to taste)
  • Lemon juice 15 g
  • Oil 15 g
  • Red onion (sliced) 25 g
  • Bell pepper (sliced) 30 g
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 60 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix paneer with yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
  2. Spread mixture over naan. Top with onion, capsicum, and cheese.
  3. Place naan in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Slice, top it with seasonings (oregano and chilli flakes) and serve.
