Ingredients
- Garlic naan breads 2 pieces (160–200 g total, depending on size)
- Paneer (cubed) 150 g
- Plain Greek yogurt 60 g
- Tandoori masala 8 g
- Salt 2 g (or to taste)
- Lemon juice 15 g
- Oil 15 g
- Red onion (sliced) 25 g
- Bell pepper (sliced) 30 g
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 60 g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix paneer with yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
- Spread mixture over naan. Top with onion, capsicum, and cheese.
- Place naan in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice, top it with seasonings (oregano and chilli flakes) and serve.
