Ingredients

  • Green Chilli – 12gm
  • Garlic-Ginger – 30gm
  • Cashew – 30gm
  • Processed Cheese – 50g
  • Chaat Masala – 1gm
  • Fresh Cream – 30gm
  • Corn Flour – 14g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder – 2g
  • Butter – 14g
  • Hung Curd – 300gm
  • Broccoli – 150-200g
  • Half for base paste
  • Chicken – 150-200g
  • Half for base paste

Directions

  1. Add green chilli, garlic-ginger, cashew, processed cheese, fresh cream, butter, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and corn flour into a grinder jar. Blend into a smooth creamy marinade. Add hung curd and mix well.
  2. Divide the marinade into two bowls. Add chicken pieces into one bowl and broccoli florets into the other. Coat well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange the marinated chicken and broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. For Malai Tikka: Select Roast mode at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  5. For Malai Broccoli: Select Max Crisp mode at 240°C for 12 minutes.
  6. Once done, serve hot with chutney or dip of your choice.
