Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice - 360g
  • Water-1000ml
  • Ghee- 20g
  • Cumin Seeds- 0.5g
  • Green Cardamom- 4pc
  • Black Cardamom- 2pc
  • Cinnamon-1 inch
  • Bay Leaf- 2pc
  • Onion (sliced)-100g
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-30 g
  • Tomato (sliced)-100 g
  • Potato (diced)- 100g
  • Carrot (diced)- 50g
  • French Beans (chopped)- 50 g
  • Green Peas- 50 g
  • Salt- 7 g (adjust to taste)
  • Spicy Red Chilli Powder-1g
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-0.5g
  • Coriander Powder-2 g
  • Biryani Masala-8g
  • Curd-40g
  • Oil- 15 ml
  • Water- 100 ml

Directions

  1. Place all Level 1 ingredients in combi pan, mix it well. Slide the pan into Level 1.
  2. For LEVEL 2: Prepare veggies as per mentioned next to it, marinate it with all powdered spices, oil, water and curd. Mix it well.
  3. Take bake tray, put marinated veggies mix over it & slide the pan into LEVEL 2.
  4. Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEAL, set temperature to 200*C and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 5-7 minutes before cooking).
  5. When cooking is complete, remove pan and tray. Mix it well & serve hot. Enjoy.
