Great product. Very convenient and easy to use. Does the job well. The only issue is that the replacement pads are not available via company.

Excellent Product

When asked about my new Shark Steam&Scrub, I hadn't used it yet but I just finished using it for the first time & it is FANTASTIC! ... Very impressed with my Shark...will probably be donating my other machines.

Having one of these steam mops from any brand is a glory. If I had known this system I would have bought it before

Shark is Shark All the products are great.

The best buy. It works perfectly, with this appliance I have never used a mop again. It leaves the floors super clean, I love it!

More than anything else, I HATE mopping the floors until now. This is a fantastic cleaning tool, I have luxury wood floors throughout my house and this is sooooo easy to use and really gets the floors clean, totally worth the money! It's a great purchase. Highly recommend. Especially becuz pads are removable and washable - fantastic+.

This is the best thing I have ever bought to clean with. I love it so much. The steam comes in 3 levels which makes it perfect for cleaning even my LVP (mine isn't glued, I know they say not to use this but I do) I have hardwood and tile everywhere so this has saved my life. You can use the steam trigger to shoot out the front and it helps break up even the toughest of crud on the floor. The mop heads spin which is great to really get a nice clean going. It heats up quickly, and has a decent sized water tank so you can go for a few rooms. This is perfect for all hard surfaces. I even used it in our shower to scrub the floor tiles in there! Highly recommend the steam and scrub mop!

Very easy to use, it does not weigh down, it has the ability to rotate and reaches corners. CLEANS VERY WELL AND QUICKLY!!

Easy to use at even at full length extension

Our cleaner loves it ideal for our quartz floor

Best floor steamer on the market. So easy to use and really effective

Excellent device. It achieves what is proposed, the high temperature steam makes a difference together with the two fabric discs to scrub the floor, it is not heavy and can be seen with the first use to try to remove stains from grimy floors.

I received this steam mop today and I opened it as soon as I got. But to my surprise , the plug was for North America . This was very disappointing but fortunately I have adapter so started the steam mop and I'm happy with my purchase as it made the tiles sparkling . The water tank is little small but I don't mind refilling it. It has a long cord but cordless option would have been better. Cons: Need adapter to use in KSA, Corded, Small water tank Overall, this machine is easy to use, light weight and makes the floor sparkly clean. I don't have hard wood floor , tiles only.
